On April 30, 2010, NCE Diversified Flow-Through (10) Limited Partnership completed its initial public offering, raising total gross proceeds of $79,934,100. The offering was closed in three tranches. The partnership was created for the purpose of investing in flow-through shares of resource companies in the oil and gas, mineral and renewable energy sectors.
