OMERS Sells Office Towers in Toronto

University and King Toronto Limited Partnership, managed by Germany-based KG Allgemeine Leasing GmbH & Co. (KGAL), acquired, on June 25, 2003, the two office towers located at 11 King Street West and 70 University Avenue in Toronto, from OMERS Realty Corporation. The value of the deal is undisclosed. First loan financing for the two projects was provided by Arca Investments Inc.
