Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP announced that Andrea Boctor has joined as partner in the firm’s pensions and benefits group in its Toronto office. 

Boctor’s experience in the field of pensions and benefits includes matters such as pension administration, investment structuring and compliance and pension issues arising in the context of transactions, lending and restructurings. She devotes an emphasis to pension strategy, governance and fiduciary duty, as well as pension issues in the context of bankruptcy and insolvency. She has likewise acted for clients in relation to executive compensation matters, supplemental pension and retirement compensation arrangements and bonus arrangements.
