Osmington Inc., in partnership with CPP Investment Board Real Estate Holdings Inc., purchased five shopping malls in Ontario from The Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited and Ontrea Inc. for approximately $300 million. The deal closed on January 8, 2003.
