Parrish & Heimbecker Enters Into New Credit Facilities

Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited (“Parrish & Heimbecker”) entered into a new credit facilities agreement with a syndicate of lenders led by Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, as administrative agent.

The credit facilities include a new term credit facility, paying out a prior term credit facility, as well as an increased revolving credit facility.

Parrish & Heimbecker is a 103-year-old Canadian company based in Winnipeg, and is involved in many aspects of agri-business including grain procurement and merchandising, milling, animal nutrition programs, poultry farming and food processing.

Parrish & Heimbecker was represented by Borden Ladner Gervais LLP with a team that included Stephen Redican, Catherine Bray, Stephanie Campanaro, Jenna Grant and Richard Manias (Toronto); Robert Stemp and Robert McCulloch (Calgary) and Glen Bowman and Darina Bashilova (Montreal).
