In April 2, 2004, PenRetail II Ltd. completed the acquisition of Milton Mall from a subsidiary of Summit Real Estate Investment Trust for approximately $21.2 million, together with the acquisition, from the Canada Life Assurance Company, of an adjacent property housing a Loblaws store.
