PotashCorp Issues US$500M Notes Due 2015 and US$500M Notes Due 2020

On September 28, 2009, Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc. (PotashCorp) issued US$500 million aggregate principal amount of 3.75 per cent notes due September 30, 2015 and US$500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.875 per cent notes due March 30, 2020.

BofA Merrill Lynch, HSBC and RBC Capital Markets acted as joint book-running managers of the offering, while Scotia Capital, BMO Capital Markets, CIBC, Rabo Securities USA, Inc., TD Securities, UBS Investment Bank, Mitsubishi UFJ Securities, Société Générale, Comerica Securities, Goldman Sachs & Co. and Morgan Stanley acted as co-managers.
