Rock-Tenn Acquires Cartem Wilco

On January 15, 2003, Rock-Tenn Company, a manufacturer of packaging products, merchandising displays and recycled paperboard, acquired all of the outstanding shares of Cartem Wilco Group Inc., a privately-held Canadian manufacturer of folding cartons and specialty packaging, for a total purchase price of $100.5 million.
