SAIC Canada Purchases Exploranium

Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC Canada), a subsidiary of San Diego, California-headquartered Science Applications International Corp., purchased, on December 19, 2003, Mississauga-based Exploranium GS Ltd. for an undisclosed amount. Exploranium designs, manufactures and sells low level radiation, detection and measurement systems. SAIC Canada is a research and engineering company, providing information technology, systems integration and eSolutions to commercial and government customers.
