SITQ Immobilier (SITQ), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (Caisse), completed the acquisition from TrizecHahn Corporation in April, 2000 of a $700 million portfolio comprising Montreal’s landmark Place Ville-Marie complex, the Bell Tower, 1010 Sherbrook West, 2020 University and 360 Saint Jacques. This is the largest portfolio of office buildings ever sold in a single transaction in Quebec.
