SITQ National Inc. and Higgins Development Partners, LLC, a Chicago full-service real estate company, are proceeding with the development and leasing of One Union Plaza in downtown Toronto. It will be the first major office building to be developed on Toronto railway lands. The property is owned by Canadian Pacific Properties Inc., which is represented in the sale by Marathon Developments Inc.
