On December 4, 2006, SNSPF Interim Finance B.V. (formerly BFV Interim Finance B.V.), a lender based in the Netherlands, completed loans totalling $62,016,000 for working capital and for the construction of Phase II of the residential condominium development located at 333 Sherbrooke Street East in downtown Montreal. Phase I of the development includes 113 condominium units. Phase II is yet to be constructed but will include 112 condominium units.
The limited partners of 333 Sherbrooke Street East L.P. are Homco Realty Fund L.P., a partnership held by Homburg Invest Inc. and SNSPF Invest Canada Inc., and Les Investissements F.P. s.e.c.
