Melissa Beaumont was admitted to the partnership of Winnipeg’s TDS Law after starting there 12 years ago as a summer student. She has experience in matters of collective bargaining, grievance arbitrations, judicial review hearings, human rights complaint processes and wrongful dismissal litigation, as well as a background of giving advice to union and non-union employees, employers, independent contractors and HR departments.
