Telus Completes Debt Offering

TELUS Corporation completed a public offering of $800 million in aggregate principal amount of new senior unsecured notes, comprising $400-million aggregate principal amount of 3.60 per cent Series CM notes due on January 26, 2021, and $400-million aggregate principal amount of 5.15 per cent Series CN notes due on November 26, 2043.

The syndicate for the offering of the notes was co-led by CIBC World Markets Inc., TD Securities Inc., and Scotia Capital Inc.
