Telus Completes Notes Offering

On May 25, 2011, TELUS Corporation completed a Canadian offering of $600 million principal amount of unsecured 3.65 per cent Notes due May 25, 2016. The offering was made pursuant to TELUS' short form base shelf prospectus and net proceeds were applied towards the repayment of TELUS' US$8 per cent unsecured notes which matured June 1, 2011. The syndicate of 11 agents for the offering was led by CIBC World Markets Inc. and Scotia Capital Inc.
