The Amynta Group acquires Sym-Tech Dealer Services

Sym-Tech Dealer Services has joined The Amynta Group’s North American automotive warranty businesses. A continuation of the relationship the companies established in 2013, Amynta’s acquisition of Sym-Tech Dealer Services is the culmination of Sym-Tech’s efforts to find a partner that provides complementary resources, relationships and industry expertise.

Sym-Tech Dealer Services’ program began over 45 years ago and is based in Toronto, Canada. Sym-Tech provides industry leading finance and insurance (F&I) software, training programs, and a full suite of F&I protection products to the automotive industry.

The Amynta Group is an industry leading group of warranty, managing general agent and specialty risk companies. With the progression of this relationship, Amynta will provide distribution partners a North American solution in addition to expanding its auto warranty footprint into the Canadian market.
