The Honourable Edward Chiasson rejoins BLG’s International Arbitration practice group as counsel, after retiring from ten years of service on the Bench of the British Columbia Court of Appeal. Chiasson has sat as an arbitrator on a number of high-profile matters throughout his career, including one of the first claims under Chapter Eleven of the North American Free Trade Agreement as well as matters at the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes. He also provides arbitration services through Arbitration Place.
