Thomson Reuters Completes $750M Notes Offering

On September 30, 2010, Thomson Reuters completed a $750 million offering of 4.35 per cent notes due 2020.

The joint book-running managers were RBC Dominion Securities Inc., TD Securities Inc. and BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc.
