Tom Koutoulakis joins Miller Thomson in Toronto

Tom Koutoulakis relocated his corporate finance, securities and M&A practices to Miller Thomson from Cassels Brock. Koutoulakis recently acted for the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of VersaBank in its merger with PWC Capital Inc.
