Trilon Financial Corporation $300M Term Note

On September 28, 2000, Trilon Financial Corporation, the financial services and merchant banking branch of the Brascan group filed a shelf prospectus in connection with a $300 million Medium Term Note program. Trilon’s issue of $125 million under the program to a syndicate of seven underwriters closed on October 5, 2000 and proceeds were used to repay Trilon short-term debt.
