In Vancouver, William Everett, QC, left Lawson Lundell LLP after a distinguished career as a litigator and partner. He practised at the firm for more than 44 years representing clients at all levels of courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada. He takes up an appointment at the BC Utilities Commission, where he is a Commissioner, as well as at the Property Assessment Appeal Board, where he is a member. Everett also offers his experience as a mediator and arbitrator at Vancouver Arbitration Chambers.
