Pivotal Corporation Completes $85.1 Million Offering

On November 28, 2000, Pivotal Corporation, a provider of demand chain network solutions, completed an offering of 1,000,000 common shares at a price of $85.10 per common share for gross proceeds of $85.1 million. Pivotal of North Vancouver, B.C., makes Internet-based software that allows companies to automate and link sales, marketing and customer service.
