Thomson Completes US$1.54B IPO

The Thomson Corporation completed a US$1.54 billion initial public offering on June 14, 2002. Thomson sold 14,615,385 common shares and Thomson’s principal shareholder, The Woodbridge Company Limited, sold 17,435,899 common shares in the U.S. and in Canada.
