Obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Royal Military College of Canada, an LLB from Dalhousie University and has completed the Institute of Corporate Directors, Directors Education Program. Serves on the boards of public companies and has served as a Director of the Canadian Global Affairs Institute, the Canadian Energy Law Foundation and is a past president of the Royal Military Colleges Club of Canada. Bob is honourary counsel for the Royal Military Colleges Foundation Inc., the Conference of Defence Associations and CDA Institute.
