Clémentine is a Partner who practises in the area of public procurement, infrastructure/project development, including project finance, at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. She has extensive experience in advising domestic and international private and public entities and financial institutions in the context of infrastructure projects in a variety of industry sectors and asset classes, including social, health and cultural infrastructure, transportation or renewables. Her expertise covers a full range of commercial matters, including procurement processes, engineering, procurement and construction agreements, major equipment supply agreements, and operation and maintenance agreements. She also regularly assists in project administration and management including construction, interface and operational issues and advises on governance and integrity. This has led her to extend her practice to environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues and strategies, as well as compliance with emerging legal and regulatory requirement. She presides in the steering committee of the Montréal Chapter of the Women's Infrastructure Network, a director on the board of Blue Metropolis, and has been volunteering for Lawyers Without Borders Canada.
