Clémentine is a Partner who practises in the area of public procurement, infrastructure and public-private partnerships projects, including project finance, at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. She advises private and public entities on the development and preparation of tenders, drafting and negotiation of partnership and other commercial agreements on infrastructure projects and clean energy ventures; and on the administration of the design, construction and/or operational phases of such projects. Although familiar with many industries, her work focuses mainly on construction, transport, health care and clean energy. In her procurement practice, Clémentine advises and provides legal opinions to local and international stakeholders on procurement processes, project structuring, risk management and mitigation strategies and compliance issues related to governance and integrity. She also participates in corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions. She presides in the steering committee of the Montréal Chapter of the Women's Infrastructure Network and has been volunteering for Lawyers Without Borders Canada. She is fluent in French, English and Spanish. Clémentine presides the steering committee of the Montréal chapter of the Women's Infrastructure Network.
