Practises securities law, specializing in derivatives, investment funds, cryptocurrencies and blockchain. Works extensively for managers of investment funds, particularly in the area of product development and the creation and regulation of the new category of alternative mutual funds. Has an extensive derivatives practice, including negotiating documentation, advising on regulatory compliance matters and developing new derivatives-based investment products. Advises on a number of leading edge transactions. Also practises in the blockchain and digital asset space, advising clients that are developing products focused on cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.
