Pascale Dionne is a partner in the Corporate Commercial Group at BLG. She has a wide experience in both commercial and financial transactions. She serves a clientele from various sectors of activity, including health sector, real estate, forestry, the bio-pharmaceutical industry and the financial sector. She has handled various types of files in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, the drafting and negotiation of partnership agreements and commercial contracts. She also advises her clients on matters relating to compliance matters. Her specialization in finance enables her to act for both lenders and borrowers in implementing financing for all types, including (secured or unsecured) debt, equity or quasi-equity cases. As such, she frequently acts in matters requiring special expertise for the implementation of security arrangements for particular assets, such as mining rights and telecommunications networks. She also has experience with the different aspects of civil law applying to securitization. Pascale also advises financial institutions on development of new financial products and the legal documentation required for those products, as well as the permanent instructions relating thereto.
