Ms. Baker-Sigal's practice focuses on office, retail and industrial leasing transactions for both landlords and tenants, and related practice areas including tenancy dispute matters and building telecommunication service provision. She is also a Principal of, and directly involved in operating, a Toronto-based property development and management company, leading to a practical and entrepreneurial approach to client matters. She has been a frequent contributor on commercial leasing matters to industry and legal publications, and has been involved with many industry events such as the ICSC Canadian Law Conference, as organizing committee member, seminar leader, speaker and conference co-Chair. Member of the LSUC and founding member of Toronto Commercial Real Estate Women's Association (Toronto CREW). Undergraduate studies from University of Toronto. Graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School.
