Has been counsel on many landmark IP cases, particularly in the Federal Court (including the Federal Court of Appeal) and on multiple occasions in the Supreme Court of Canada. Has also advocated before government representatives for clients in relation to pending legislation. Also specializes in IP portfolio management and due diligence and has extensive experience in developing strategies for the development, acquisition, licensing, and enforcement of IP of all types.
