Partner. Called to the British Columbia Bar in 2007. Practice restricted to commercial and construction litigation and construction solicitor work. David has been counsel on a multitude of complex construction, development, and commercial cases in British Columbia and has drafted numerous construction contracts and procurement packages. He is pragmatic and seeks business-oriented approaches to the resolution of disputes. He is the author of numerous articles on construction law topics and is a frequent lecturer to construction industry and legal groups, including the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC and the BC Professional Legal Training Program. He is an editor and author of the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC’s British Columbia Builders Lien Act Practice Manual and is currently the chair of the British Columbia Builders Lien Act Reform Committee.
