Scott Booth is a partner at Jenkins Marzban Logan LLP, managing the family law practice of the firm. Scott was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1994 and has focused his practice exclusively on family law matters since 2006. His practice includes the resolution of complex financial issues. He resolves disputes through litigation and mediation both as counsel and as mediator. Scott is also a certified arbitrator. He has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia. Mr. Booth has been a Lexpert®-ranked leading lawyer in family law in British Columbia for many years. He is also recognized by The Best Lawyers in Canada and Doyle's Guide as a leading family lawyer. He is a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers. Scott is a frequently invited guest speaker at family law conferences and is an author of numerous papers and book chapters on family law. He has been recognized by the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia as one of its top contributors to family law continuing legal education. Mr. Booth also taught family law as an adjunct professor at the University of British Columbia’s Allard School of Law.
