Bernhard (Bernie) Zinkhofer is a semi-retired former partner who assists clients with corporate and securities law and certain commercial law matters focusing on natural resources and technology transfer. He holds both legal and CPA accounting accreditation. His clients have included a broad mix of both private and public companies, many with international operations as well as international stock exchange listings. Corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions constitute a large part of his practice including financing via private and prospectus offerings, corporate mergers and restructurings, take-over bids and defences, and similar corporate work.
