Jeremy’s practice focuses on general construction law, contracts, and civil litigation. He has assisted clients at all stages of the construction process, from tendering to drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and, when necessary, navigating and resolving complex builders lien, delay claims, bonding issues, and other disputes arising from construction projects. Jeremy has been involved in a number of municipal, industrial, and commercial construction projects, both in Alberta and across North America. Jeremy's civil litigation practice focuses on construction disputes, debt collection matters, and employment issues. He has appeared in all levels of the courts of Alberta. Jeremy presents at legal and construction industry seminars and is a sessional instructor at the University of Alberta Faculty of Law, where he co-teaches the construction law course with RMRF colleague Tim Mavko, who is also listed in The Canadian Legal Lexpert® Directory.
