Craig Wallace is a principal of SHK with over 30 years of experience in construction, insurance and commercial litigation. He frequently acts as counsel for design professionals, construction managers, owners and contractors in all manner of construction disputes. His background as a professional engineer enables him to provide knowledgeable and cost-effective representation to these parties in complex technical cases. Craig also frequently represents insurers in coverage disputes. His broad commercial litigation practice includes cases involving bonding, builders liens, product liability, directors' and officers' liability and shareholder disputes. Craig is a member of the Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia, as well as the Law Societies of British Columbia and Alberta. He is a regular lecturer on the legal aspects of construction and the design professions at seminars, as well as being an Adjunct Professor at UBC where he teaches courses on law for engineers and geoscientists.
