Lisa is the executive partner of WeirFoulds LLP and was managing partner, 2007–2012. Her practice includes local, regional, national and international clients, governments and government agencies. Lisa is a member of the Equity Advisory Committee of the Law Society of Ontario and was inducted into the Hall of Fame for the Women's Executive Network's (WXN) Top 100: Most Powerful Women in Canada in 2016. In 2016, she received the LSO’s Laura Legge Award for her contributions to women in the profession, in 2014 the OBA Award of Excellence in Real Estate and in 2017, she was honoured by the Canadian Civil Liberties Association for Excellence in Law. Lisa is an ICD-trained Director and sits on several boards. She continues to champion issues concerning women, diversity and inclusion in the legal and business marketplace. In 2020, she joined The Prosperity Project to help stop COVID-19 from setting back Canadian women.
