Kenneth Rosenstein is current managing partner, Toronto and former national leader of the firm’s financial services practice at Miller Thomson LLP. His practice focuses on all areas of corporate and commercial finance, insolvency, and creditor enforcement matters. He has extensive experience representing lenders and borrowers in matters regarding asset-based, debtor in possession, syndicated, senior-secured, mezzanine, subordinated debt, and quasi-equity financings with a particular focus on cross-border financings. He is approved counsel for and represents a number of major bank and non-bank financial institutions. He has experience in financings in a broad range of industries, including retail, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, packaged goods, and the automotive and technology industries. He has been repeatedly recognized as a leading lawyer in asset-based lending by The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory. He is a former director on the board of directors of the Turnaround Management Association (Toronto Chapter). He is called to the Ontario and Alberta bars.
