Radha Curpen is the Vancouver managing partner and co-Head of the firm’s Aboriginal law practice. With extensive experience in regulatory compliance, and crisis prevention and management, she advises clients in areas such as the transportation of dangerous goods by all means of transport, the defence of environmental litigation, and the avoidance and defence of environmental related prosecutions. Radha negotiates with regulatory authorities and Indigenous Communities regarding project developments and approvals. Clients regularly call upon her to manage and advise on contaminated site issues and the environmental assessment process. She also provides advise on environmental issues in commercial transactions in jurisdictions across North America. Radha was an Adjunct Professor at the University Of Toronto Faculty Of Law. She practises in both English & French and has worked and continues to work in Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, British Columbia, Alberta, the Atlantic Provinces and in the United States.
