Kirsten has extensive experience dealing with a range of matters before the Superior Court of Justice, the Federal Court of Canada, and many administrative tribunals including the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board, the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, the Canadian Judicial Council and the National Energy Board. Kirsten is a skills instructor for The Advocates' Society. Graduated from McGill University with an LLB in 1999 (Dean's Honours List). MSc (Distinction) from the London School of Economics. BA in Economics from McGill University. Admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2001.
