Advises employers on a full range of labour and employment matters, including dismissals and discipline, employment contracts and policies, collective agreements and bargaining, human rights issues, employment standards and WorkSafe matters. Handles employment law litigation including wrongful dismissal and competing employee cases, human rights and workers compensation complaints and hearings, and labour arbitrations. Graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Trent University in 1990 and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Ottawa in 1994.
