Edward is a partner in the Financial Services Group of Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP's Calgary office. He has extensive experience in advising domestic and international lenders and borrowers on a variety of complicated financing transactions, including syndicated bank financings, asset-based lending transactions, cross-border and international financing transactions, and equipment financings and leases. Edward also regularly acts for public and private corporations of all sizes on an assortment of wide-ranging corporate matters.
