Christian is a member of the Dispute Resolution Practice and coordinator of the Montréal office’s Financial Restructuring & Insolvency practice. He specializes in financial restructuring and insolvency litigation as well as corporate and commercial litigation. He advises trustees, receivers, lenders and retailers on some of Canada’s most complex and intricate restructuring cases and regularly works with companies in difficult financial circumstances. Christian is the president of the liaison committee of the Superior Court, Commercial Chamber of the Montréal Bar, and has been lecturing at the University of Sherbrooke on insolvency law since 2013. He is also a member of the Insolvency Institute of Canada and the Turnaround Management Association. Christian was a law clerk for the Honourable René Dussault, judge of the Québec Court of Appeal.
