A partner in the Dispute Resolution practice, Jean-Philippe is consistently involved in high-stakes, complex cases that often include a public law component. He has appeared before various tribunals and courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada, where he has pleaded as lead counsel on several constitutional issues. Jean-Philippe has specific expertise in defending clients against class actions and white collar crime prosecutions as well as in launching judicial reviews. He has achieved great success for clients on diverse issues, including in the field of health law and in alleged breaches of consumer protection and securities legislation.
