Mark also advises on the regulation of foreign investments and ownership in Canada, including under the Investment Canada Act. He has appeared at all levels of court and acts as counsel on leading cases before the Competition Tribunal. Mark has authored policy briefs on domestic and international competition-related matters and is co-author of The Competition Law Guide for Trade Associations in Canada.
