Jillian Frank is a partner in the Employment and Labour group of Dentons’ Vancouver office. Her practice focuses on employment, human rights, privacy, and occupational health & safety laws. Jillian frequently advises clients from a variety of sectors, such as aviation, retail, energy, and media and entertainment, on range of human rights issues, including the accommodation of employees with disabilities; occupational health & safety; human rights; privacy compliance; and employment matters arising from mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions. She drafts employment agreements, restrictive covenants, severance and change of control agreements, and other workplace policies. With extensive court, arbitration and mediation experience, Jillian represents clients undergoing investigations for workplace harassment, injuries and fatalities. To complement her law practice, in December 2017, Jillian was appointed Chief Talent Officer of Dentons Canada. In this role, she is responsible for leading the Firm’s human resources, recruiting and learning initiatives, delivering best practices in employee and partner engagement, and promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
