Chuck Willms has considerable experience in Indigenous, corporate social responsibility, commercial, constitutional, energy, forestry and mining matters. He has appeared as counsel before the courts of British Columbia, Alberta and the Yukon as well as the Federal Courts of Canada and the Supreme Court of Canada. He has extensive experience in alternate dispute resolution matters including negotiation, mediation and arbitration. He is a member of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada’s Aboriginal Affairs Committee and the British Columbia Business Council – Aboriginal Affairs Committee. He is consistently ranked by top legal publications as one of the best lawyers in Canada for Indigenous law. Chuck was called to the BC Bar in 1980, the Yukon Bar in 1983 and the Alberta Bar in 1990.
