Paul Young's practice has been restricted to management-side labour and employment law since his call to the Bar in 1984. He was the firm's Managing Partner from 2010 to 2017. Paul has extensive experience advising and representing employers on a broad range of workplace issues. Paul practises in all areas of labour and employment law with a particular emphasis on collective bargaining and grievance arbitration. Paul also frequently speaks on labour and employment topics. Paul is a member of the Ontario Bar Association (Labour Relations and Administrative Law Sections), The Advocates’ Society, and The Metropolitan Toronto Lawyers’ Association.
