Andrea Lee is certified as a Specialist in Construction Law by the Law Society of Ontario. She obtained her Bachelors of Architecture at the University of Toronto and her Bachelors of Law at Queen’s University. Andrea represents owners, developers, contractors and design professionals in complex litigation matters involving liens, trusts, bonds, construction deficiencies, delay claims and professional negligence. Andrea acts as counsel on arbitrations conducted under institutional rules and ad hoc. Andrea also advises clients with respect to construction contracts and design agreements under various project delivery methods. Andrea co-founded the construction law course at Queen's University, is the instructor of the construction law course offered through Osgoode LLM's program and has been a guest lecturer at the University of Toronto. Andrea currently serves on the Executives of the OBA and CBA Construction and Infrastructure Law Sections. She is the chair the Legal Committee of CanBIM. Andrea is a member of the Canadian Association of Women in Construction and the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada. Andrea also mentors young professionals through the OBA’s mentorship program.
