Represents plaintiffs in employment-related class actions, including for unpaid overtime, post-retirement benefits and employment standard protections. Frequently litigates constitutional claims, including numerous appearances before the Supreme Court of Canada, in appeals involving the guarantee of freedom of association and the right to equality in the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
