Jennifer Stam is Counsel at Goldman Sloan Nash & Haber LLP, practising in the area of corporate restructuring. Jennifer has extensive experience in debtor restructurings, having spent the last eight years at a large law firm as partner on the frontlines of the Nortel Networks restructuring. She has also been involved as a lead partner on other cross-border and Canadian large and mid-market filings. These and other roles have allowed her to develop deep expertise in all aspects of domestic and cross border insolvencies. Jennifer has acted for debtors, creditors, court officers and other stakeholders in a wide range of industries. Jennifer regularly publishes and speaks in this area of law. She is recognized in Chambers Global 2017: The World's Leading Lawyers for Business for restructuring/insolvency, serves on the Board of the Turnaround Management Association (Toronto Chapter) and is a member of the Insolvency Institute of Canada.
