Lead counsel in some of the most important, high-profile cases that have been decided in Canada, including the litigation involving the Nortel asset allocation dispute, the Indalex priority dispute, the Asset Backed Commercial Paper restructuring case, the litigation concerning the acquisition of BCE Inc, and the Danier Leather securities class action.
